Wal-Mart makes new stores while workers get fewer hours and less pay. We need a union!
I work at a Nashville Arkansas Wal-Mart. First of all, I like my job, but hate the way Wal-Mart is working our butts off and not giving us hours. I was a 40 hour a week full time worker….now they have widdled that down to 34 hours and less if you even ask for more hours.
Sam Walton would have never tried to pay head games with his employees. He would have treated us fair and really listen to us about our problems. Our Manager…top head hunter…goes by the book…made up by dim witted idiots with dollar signs in their eyes…I just don’t get it! We are now to zone like ants on a mission, ignore thieves, work in other areas unknown to us, but by wow to those little eyes in the ceiling watching us to make sure we don’t steal, take too long a break, or what ever. I wouldn’t steal anything anyway, I have more morals than that! But there is that one crazy person who will try and make us all look bad! Why does Wal-Mart have to buy JUNK from China…WAKE UP! USA MADE WAS ALWAYS BETTER!
We need that union here, we have been discussing it among ourselves in whisper voices, never know where BIG BROTHER has planted a spy! WANTED….FULL TIME HOURS AS PROMISED..40 NOT 34! I know that here we are being picked over by a fine tooth comb…as they are being picky with nearly everything we do…they are looking for a way to fire ya!
Question…what happen to that bonus we were getting? Did a big wig need a new home or vacation place…They just redid the store here…seemed a waste to me…Everyone complained about it and are still gripping they can’t fine things. We carry products no one wants and have gotten rid of things that were good sellers…What is the deal with that? Those roll backs are not special prices…they are the same…
