Using Scheduling as punishment
At our store in Kansas, if you do not open your availability up to all shifts, you are punished with hours being cut week to week, and less and less help in your department. We are expected to do the job it takes 4 people to do and they do nothing but complain about the way it looks. If you all are getting bonuses above 98 dollars your doing great. We maxmize our quarter and always see under a $100 but management sees $1500.
