Employees are being neglected, Wal-Mart needs a union!
I’ve been at Wal-Mart for 7 months, I’m having problems with my department manager. She tells her manager that I’m not doing my job, she does this with all of us except one, because we don’t kiss up. Then they are cutting my hours, I was getting 32hr wk and now one wk I’ll get 26 then 32 then 21. I’ve told them I can’t make it on that and they don’t care. They’re cutting our shifts to half shifts and the store manager said I couldn’t come in early even if I cover my scheduled shift but lets other people do so. One of my co-workers was sick and had to miss couple days and got wrote up for it. Our department manager is rude and disrespectful to all of us and gets away with it. And because the customer’s always right they can be rude and treat us poorlt and get away with it cause the managers don’t do anything. I’ve never had a job like this, a company that is one of the biggest and wealthiest in the country and still treats their employees the way they do. Walmart so needs a union NOW.
