Denied 19 Open Positions Due To Age…
In spite of years of prior experience for recent open positions within Wal-Mart and of having far more experience then those that were chosen, I was discriminated against, and did not receive any of these open positions, all told there were 19 positions that I’ve tried for. Each and every position was filled with less qualified new employees and younger employees. I am in my late 50’s. Even though I was told time and time again that I interviewed excellently, and have very good experience, I still was not selected. Wal-Mart leads the public to believe it cares for its associates, and is fair and never discriminates. Well speaking from experience, don’t believe a single word of it. A lot goes on behind Wal-Mart’s iron curtain that the public doesn’t see… ask an Associate!
